When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call Dr. Johnson as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call or text at least 24 hours in advance, that is in business hours and not a public holiday nor weekend. For example, your appointment is on a Monday, you will need to text or call to cancel your appointment on the Friday prior to the Monday. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you do need to cancel your appointment, please call or text us at 0402 371 448. We will return your call or text as soon as possible, remember that we could be in session. Leave a message on the answering machine/voicemail as well as text.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows- fees apply- cancellation fee applies
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time, will have to cancel in business hrs and not a public holiday or weekend do it prior to the weekend before your appointment on a Monday otherwise a fee will apply. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client the full fee for the appointment.
